Shipping & Delivery
If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday, before 10AM PST it will be shipped the same day, otherwise, it will be shipped the following day. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 10AM PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Returns & Replacements

Please note, refunds are not allowed. All Jewelry purchases and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit only, no exceptions.

If you would like to return your item(s) for credit or exchange, please send an email to returns@wildfoxcouture.com and let us know what you'd like to return, the reason for your return and if you would prefer to exchange your item(s) or receive store credit. Once your email is confirmed, you will receive an RMA number and the address to send your return to.

Wildfox prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit or exchange, less shipping costs. Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit. Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.

A shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, those orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

Please note on returns for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail stores.

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Wildfox will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return. The order number can be found at the top of your receipt.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

Ordering & Registration

Being a registered user offers you faster checkout since you won''t have to re-enter your credit card or shipping and billing information. When you place an order that information will be filled in automatically. Also, registering makes gift giving simple. Your family and friends'' information can be saved in your Address Book, so you avoid typing in their information each time you send a gift. Click here to register now.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we''ll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we''ve charged your credit card.

Viewing Orders

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order from this page, go here. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

As a registered customer on your site, you can update your account information at anytime, go here.


Cancellation Policy
