We ship orders to all U.S. states as well as Canada! Please note that when shipping to Canada, taxes and duties are not included in the check-out process and will be charged upon delivery by the carrier. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Wildfox prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise while fulfilling customer orders accurately! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 14 business days of purchase and we will provide you with an online store credit that you can use at anytime. Returns must be in original condition, in all their original packaging. Wildfox will not accept return items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not included.
If you are a regular visitor to Wildfox.com you will notice that we no longer offer exchanges. This is to better serve our customers and to ensure that we do not sell out of an item while you are waiting.
Please note, refunds are not allowed. All Swimwear, Intimates, and Jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit only, no exceptions.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email please include your first and last name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will get back to you with you RMA that you will include in your return shipment. Once our warehouse has received your item and it has been checked in, we will issue you your online gift credit that you may use at any time. Please be sure to include your order number on the outside of your return. The order number can be found at the top of your receipt.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
